Were do i had statick block of promo popup?

Hi,

I created the statick block of my promo popup for shop opening, were do i have to add it??

In the theme it says to go to theme options/ecommerce but i dont have this option…

Please let me know.

Hello,

Theme Options > Promo popup > Enable Promo Popup and add the shortcode of your static block in the Popup Content area.

Hi, dont know waht has happened, but my promo pop up as disapeared…

It should be in Theme options/promo popup and it simply is not there….and its not working too now…

Ho, ok i see, after changing to the new header builder some options change place, i have added static block, but it still does not show the promo pop up…

I cant see what i am doing wrong…its the same statick block i was using before…

Hello,

You need to add the Newsletter element into the header to apply settings, just disable Label and Title, like here – http://prntscr.com/pgytsf + http://prntscr.com/pgyu1u

I am sory but this header builder is terrible, way easier to do this before, and despict the fact that i make it work following your instructions, on mobile devices there was a line in midle of the page, so i just deactivated the thing….just to mutch hassle…

I still gave it another go…still no luck, after everything working rigth in browsers , now the mobile promo pop up was always working, always poping after closing every 4000 ms….
