What is the difference between Upsells & Cross-sells & Related products

I’m a bit confused.. what is the difference between Upsells & Cross-sells & Related products

What I understood is that ( Cross-sells ) appear in the shopping cart.

But ( Cross-sells ) appear on the product page + the same products appear on the cart page!!

But ( Upsells ) do not appear anywhere else!!

I have tried to create ( Upsells ) to appear on the product page, and ( Cross-sells ) to appear on the cart page.. But it needs some modifications (Can you please do that for me?)

Regarding ( Related products ) , do these products appear automatically or can I choose the products myself?

You may be a bit confused… You have to browse my store and try it yourself to understand what I mean.

If it requires redesign and adjustment please do it.
