When a page loads, it creates 4 AJAX requests with exactly the same payload and response

When a page loads, it creates 4 AJAX requests with exactly the same payload and response (see image attached).

Is there a way to avoid it?

Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Always load “wc-cart-fragments” > Off. Clear cache and check the result. OPTION IS ALREADY DISABLED?

The name of request is the same but the params that are passed in such request are different based on the widget used.
