When a user enters payment information the page just loads and loads

    When a customer completes checkout the checkout pages just infinite loads, however, woo-commerce and Stripe both see that the payment and order have succeeded. The customer does not see this though. No order confirmation page is shown.

    I have tried to disable all plugins and have tried to fix this for hours.

    We have recently conducted a test by activating the default Storefront theme and deactivating the XStore Core plugin on your website. This was done to isolate the issue independently of our XStore theme. Unfortunately, the problem persists, as evidenced by the screenshot provided here: https://prnt.sc/3QSyypYr1PHW. This indicates that the source of the issue is neither our theme nor our plugin.

    Additionally, after a few minutes of validation when placing an order, an error message from WooCommerce was recorded, which can be viewed here: https://prnt.sc/Ox8tWoBsCI5T.

    Given that the issue does not appear to be related to our theme, we recommend reaching out to WooCommerce plugin support for further assistance.

    For the time being, we have left the Storefront theme active on your website. Should you require any further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
