I kindly request a refund of the amount paid as the theme I purchased is not performing adequately. I intended to replace my long-used theme with the purchased one, but its slow performance has resulted in significant sales loss. I would greatly appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible. It is crucial for me that the process is expedited.
