When can I expect a response from Envato?

I kindly request a refund of the amount paid as the theme I purchased is not performing adequately. I intended to replace my long-used theme with the purchased one, but its slow performance has resulted in significant sales loss. I would greatly appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible. It is crucial for me that the process is expedited.

Hello again, it says return accepted, but the money has not been deposited in my account yet. What should I do ?
