When clicking on Product settings it does not load settings

    Hi,

    Please see the attached image..
    When clicking on Product settings it does not load settings on the left.

    Is it something that we created while uploading products from a csv?

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.

    2/ Make sure that the problem is not caused by changes in child theme files.

    3/ Try to downgrade the PHP version to 8.0.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the help. I discovered, the issue isn’t related to the theme at all.
    My site got hacked… :/
    I’ll handle it.
