When customer goes to make a purchase the screen goes blank before checkout

Hi There,

I have an urgent problem, when any customer goes to make a purchase on my clients website the page goes blank when going from cart to checkout.

Please see screen recording attached.
Please help.

I have included a Coupon in the private area for testing and also a login to the WordPress.

I have solved this issue now.

I disabled “Disable Old Browser Support” in Optimisation and it fixed the issue.
