I remember this theme to have some issues with WP 3.9. On 19th April Eva Kemp promised to push an update within the next week: https://www.8theme.com/forums/topic/the-leader-mobile-menu-and-wp-3-9/
Do all your new customers have to come to this forum to tix the issues themselves? When do you push out the update to themeforest?
Also, my WooCommerce complains this theme contains outdated template files. I hope you can include updated template files in your next update as well.
