When expanding less than 1000px, the banners become all in one row

1. When expanding less than 1000px the banners become all in one row, is there any way to fix this? There should be one banner always, which is flipping around

2. 2. also the menu in the footer also begins to display crookedly on the layout, can it be corrected here?

Thanks, I guess you are logged in on a mobile device with an extension below 670px, I see the problem more for tablets, below 1024 to 690 roughly, in that range, the banners are displayed all in a row instead of one.

2. On the tablet for some reason writes that the site without a certificate and do not load pictures at all:(((.

Please try adding this custom CSS codes under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:
