Hi,
I need Jetpack in order to be able to provide my client with access to the WooCommerce app.
When I actvate Jetpack (with minimum settings), the revolution slider on my home page (default 02) slides fully to the lefthand edge rather than into centre screen – sometimes it is correct other times not – checked on various browsers and after clearing cache.
I’m also getting errors when I try to edit the home page in elementor. It won’t save and indicates a 500 server error. I spoke with my hosting provider to check PHP values, allocated memory 512M, max input vars 3000, upload max filesize 256M, max post sie 256M.
I have two other instances of the xstore theme running fine with WKbakery rather than elementor so don’t know if it is something connected with elementor?
Can you take a look please?
My login details in the private area.
Thanks
Ian
Hello, Ianbarker24,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
Edit page > settings of the section with the slider revolution > disable Stretch and Save changes. Refresh the page after that.
Please read this article – https://elementor.com/help/500-error/
We hope this information is helpful.
Kind Regards,

Hi Rose,
I’ve sorted the revolution slider with the configuration changes you suggested, thanks.
I’ll look into the articles around elementor 500 errors and see if I can fix so I can use Jetpack. I appreciate that Jetpack isn’t one of your recommended plugins but it is an important wordpress plugin in terms of site security, and access to the WooCommerce app – and it works fine with the theme when using WPBakery rather than Elementor.
Thank you,
Ian
