Hi team,
I am writing to inform you that when i change anything in theme . View cart page open in slide bar.
Second, my child theme working but when I install x store theme that is not working . Why this one is happening.
Pls share and fixed it soon.

First , i am providing as you want. kindly checked and fixed the previous issue.
Second issue is that extension of xtore pdf invoice is not compatibles with this theme. pls see and fixed it as well.
if not possible i installed a plugin that have a option to edit by theme but you have to do it backend i think also see that how you can fixed it.plugin installed already.
Third issue is that shop rocket plugin not working in the cart page , because i want that customer can check by pin code estimate delivery and how much charged apply for shipping.vpls see it and fixed that as well.

secondly ship rocket is a shipping partner that is working well with all the theme. so check it again.i think its page setuo issue nothing else.
when i try to install parent theme . it is not workinng , wanted to know why.
if i make any change and save suddenly on right side bar a cart view page open automatically, pls look it is as well
specially i want to know that why my parent theme is not working .why you dont want to fixed it . as i complaint recently to for this.

Unfortunately, we cannot transfer the code from the child theme to the main theme as it may affect our clients’ websites. Additionally, please ensure that the Shiprocket plugin is functioning correctly. If not, kindly send us a video demonstrating the issue.
Also, please check if there is an issue where the “cart view” automatically opens in the sidebar.

Hi team,
first issue that is automatically open cart view slidebar whenever a change has been done is solved.
Second issue; for ship rocket pls see attached screenshot,
on one product page there is no option for customer to check estimate delivery option by their pin code as well as the emoji of buy more save more has been change.
i attached second screenshot for to tell you that on cart page shipping charges should not be visible ,
shipping charges visible for customer after fill the delivery address.
and also note that shipping charges apply on customer only when they choosed cod option , on prepaid order delivery charge should not apply according the amount that i defined in sales booster option of this theme.
i am sharing the link in private content to better understanding pls see that link.
second the my parent theme still not working as i checked that too.

after the update you have done in the website, i found one more issue in the website , now cart/checkout countdown option has been remove from cart page.
its a request pls go through the entire website and take time to solve these issue seriously.
i will wait for it but fixed these issue without impacting others feature…of website,

Regarding the link you provided, it directs to a website built on Shopify. As this is a different platform, the functionality of the plugin may vary.
We have tested it with the default theme, and the only difference with our theme is on the product page. We will integrate it as soon as you provide the FTP details. Please note that no additional fields or conditions are added to the cart/checkout page.

as you required i am sharing.
i am just only want here that custommer can check estimate delivery on product page by entering the pin code.
second delevery charge show the customer after the address only
third for prepaid payment shipping method apply as defined in xtore theme sales
fourth countdown sales booster not working even it is activated after changes by your side.
pls remove the change from shopping cart where you update shipping charges. shipping charge should be visible only after fill address by customer.
fifth parent theme still is not working
these are the major issue pls see and fixed .

firstly i am scared about to see that you are replying after 3 days.
regarding the parent theme working issue. nothing has been change yet. design, format, color everything are in different format. pls checkit yourself too with compare of child theme
Secondly i want only that ship rocket work with theme its working with others theme except xtore.

I have to launched my website finally for customer with the product on 14 june 2024.
so it is requested to you pls fixed my parent theme asap. I will discuss others issue later.
Fixed parent theme issue on priority bcz now child is not working well on mobile user.
You know very well that 90% user visit the website by mobile so it is humble request you to pls take it seriously and do the needful in this regards.

the some of issue were solved by me for parent theme.
but some of could not be solved.
first issue in color for timers pls see attached screenshot,
second issue for track order link not working in desktop but working in mobile.

pls try to fixed them asap..
additionally, i want to say that ship rocket working well for my others site having extra theme. so pls think about this .
ship rocket is the most famous aggregator for shipping good in the India.
