When I change the theme how its better to do

Hello! Please tell me how it is better?
I have an online store and I want to change the theme, to put xstore obviously. How is it better – to install the theme on an old database and somehow adapt the site or to install the theme on a new WP database? If the second option, then what things can I export from the old site because it sits very well in SEO!

We advise you to follow the subsequent algorithm to ensure optimal implementation:

1. Create a staging site.
2. Install and configure the ‘XStore’ theme on the staging site.
3. Migrate the data from the staging site to the live environment.
