When i click on the image of the product there isn’t an option (“x”) to exit, you have to go back with the arrows of the browser. I would like to set a “X” to let the user the option of closing the image. This happens in product page: https://test.servihogartarraco.com/producto/conducto-cubeta-nivel-lavavajillas-fagor-v24a000z0/

i have cleaned up my cache and i browse into a private navigation and it still not working correctly. Could you check it again? In some products, when you click on the image, you get a black background without the option to exit and if you click back with the browser arrow, the option to remove the image appears. An example is in https://test.servihogartarraco.com/producto/bombilla-horno-universal-15w-e-14-300/
Hello, @Daniel,
Thank you for your response.
1/ Please check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
Let us know the results of the tests.
We strongly recommend that you create a complete backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.
We recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to review the server mail log. Additionally, it would be prudent to contact WooCommerce plugin support concurrently for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
