    When i click on the image of the product there isn’t an option (“x”) to exit, you have to go back with the arrows of the browser. I would like to set a “X” to let the user the option of closing the image. This happens in product page: https://test.servihogartarraco.com/producto/conducto-cubeta-nivel-lavavajillas-fagor-v24a000z0/

    i have cleaned up my cache and i browse into a private navigation and it still not working correctly. Could you check it again? In some products, when you click on the image, you get a black background without the option to exit and if you click back with the browser arrow, the option to remove the image appears. An example is in https://test.servihogartarraco.com/producto/bombilla-horno-universal-15w-e-14-300/

    Hello, @Daniel,

    Thank you for your response.

    1/ Please check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
    Let us know the results of the tests.

    We strongly recommend that you create a complete backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.

    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.
    We recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to review the server mail log. Additionally, it would be prudent to contact WooCommerce plugin support concurrently for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

    Hi! I have disabled all third party plugins and change the theme to Storefront in a copy of the website i was working. The result is that with storefront theme is configured fine, i can click on image and exit without problems, no black background screen is seen in no moment.
    I have tested this in http://testservihogar.webolution.es/producto/filtro-aspirador-dyson-v11-sv14-970013-02/ and the website where i need this behaviour to enable to the user to exit of the image is in https://test.servihogartarraco.com/ I give you wp access to both webs, please be careful in https://test.servihogartarraco.com/ , you must do the tests in http://testservihogar.webolution.es/ and then fix it with same steps in https://test.servihogartarraco.com/

    It seems that there are two events at the same time since when you click on the image for half a second the lightbox appears (which is what we want to remain) and another half second passes and the background turns black and the image opens.

    Hi, I’ve been debugging and it seems that the image only opens correctly if you navigate directly from the url to a product. If you are browsing the web and enter a product, the image with a black background opens incorrectly. You can see this behavior in this video I recorded: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WMCBQzzTM08Yr0SVLfacWURyggjnxWig/view?usp=sharing

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We would like to inform you that we have disabled all third-party plugins and updated both the XStore theme and the XStore Core Plugin to their latest versions.

    As a result, the lightbox feature is now functioning correctly. Dear Daniel,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    It appears that the GTM4WP plugin (Google Tag Manager for WordPress) is conflicting with the Lightbox library in Elementor. To resolve this issue, we recommend reaching out to the plugin’s author for further assistance. You can contact them via the following link: [GTM4WP Support](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/duracelltomi-google-tag-manager/).

    Should you need any further assistance, please feel free to let us know.

    That plugin is no more supported. There’s a way to change the behaviour when you click on an image? I have been back this problem so many days and i want to found a good solution to forgot it. It does not necessarily have to be opened with a lightbox, I just want that when an image is clicked the user has the option to close it. I’m working in https://test.servihogartarraco.com/ The plugin that was causing the problem is the gtm one, I have deactivated it and the lightbox now opened correctly but I need that gtm code so I put it in the code in the header and body and the lightbox thing fails again.
    Please do not update the topic because I will lose translations that I have made in code

    If there is an option to remove the possibility of clicking on the image, I would consider it.

    Hi @Daniel,

    If there is an option to remove the possibility of clicking on the image, I would consider it.

    Please try adding this custom code under functions.php file locates in your child theme:

    add_action('wp_footer', 'n2t_wp_footer', 999);
    function n2t_wp_footer(){
    	?>
        <script>
            jQuery( function($){
                $(document).ready(function(){
                    setTimeout(function (){
                        $('.woocommerce-product-gallery__image a').attr('href' ,'#');
                    }, 1000);
                })
            });
        </script>
    	<?php
    }

    Hope it helps!

    Dear Daniel,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    Are you referring to the zoom function that activates when hovering over images?

    We have already disabled the custom codes, but the zoom function still does not seem to be working as expected.

    Could you kindly assist us by completely disabling all caches on your staging website?

    Thank you for your support.

    Hi Luca, yes i’m referring to the zoom function that activates when hovering over images. Yes our cache plugin “LiteSpeed” is now disabled. It is important that even though the user cannot click on the image, they can zoom in to see it better…

    Dear @Daniel,

    We hope this message finds you well.

    We have tested the issue you reported on our test website and identified that it is caused by the quality of the product image. The current image resolution is 720×720, which is too low for the gallery display area, preventing the zoom script from functioning correctly.

    To resolve this, we kindly ask you to upload a higher resolution image, preferably with dimensions of at least 1000×1000 or more. This should ensure that the gallery and zoom features work as expected.

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
