Hello, @Tal,
We hope this message finds you well.
We have taken the time to carefully review the concerns you raised regarding your website. Upon visiting your site, we thoroughly inspected the product Archive and Single Products pages. Our assessment did not reveal any issues from our perspective.
To ensure optimal performance, we kindly suggest that you clear your browser’s cache before revisiting your site. This step may resolve what appears to be a cache-related issue.
For your convenience, we have recorded a video to provide visual assistance. You can view the video at the following link:

Should the problem persist, we recommend disabling all third-party plugins on your site, with the exception of those required or recommended by the theme. You can find more information on these plugins here:
https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/
After deactivating the plugins and clearing your browser cache, please revisit your site to check if the issue has been resolved. If this resolves the issue, you may then reactivate each third-party plugin individually to identify the source of the conflict. Should you ascertain which plugin is causing the issue, we advise contacting the plugin author for further assistance.
In the event that the issue remains unresolved, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated and grant us permission to conduct a more in-depth investigation of your site. This process may involve deactivating plugins and customizations.
Please note: It is imperative to create a complete backup of your site before implementing the aforementioned steps, as they may impact your site’s functionality.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this matter to your satisfaction.
Warm regards,

hey
its happens when u load more products and not the first products.
then its jump up to the first products.
in the video that u made its the first products if u will scroll down to load more and then go back its not save the place..
Hello, @Tal,
Thank you for your response.
1/ We would like to inform you that your current configuration utilizes the infinite scroll feature for pagination and is set to display 40 products per page. Additionally, the functionality that allows users to return to the same position on the page after viewing a product detail is contingent upon this product per page setting.
It has been observed that when a product is accessed from the default page without the use of infinite scrolling, the system is designed to return the user to the exact location they navigated from.
To improve the overall user experience and ensure seamless navigation between individual product views and the product archive pages, we suggest increasing the number of products displayed per page.
For your convenience, we have recorded a video demonstration which can be viewed via the following link:

2/ Furthermore, we would like to confirm that this behavior is consistent with our test site, as illustrated in the video accessible at the link below:

Should you have any suggestions or requests for additional features, we invite you to post them on our Task Board at the following address: https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/
If your proposal receives significant support from our customer community, our development team will consider its implementation in future updates.
We appreciate your attention to this matter and are here to assist with any further inquiries you may have.
