When I try to enter the customizer, it gets stuck loading. (clean installation of website)

I just did a clean install of the website, uploaded the template, imported the demo, when I try to customize it, it gets stuck.

I tried deactivating the plugins one by one, it works when I deactivate XStore Core

I’m trying to edit the header, I like the layout that was imported, but when I go to the editor, it appears empty at the bottom, meaning the objects to edit are not there.
