    Hello @mohamed emad,

We recommend that you navigate to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources, and set them to Off. After clearing the mobile browser cache, please check your site again.

Alternatively, we suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:

    Hello, @mohamed emad,

We have checked the static block of the footer and compared it to your site, and both appear to be the same with no issues. Please watch this video: https://www.veed.io/view/d04c9243-2e18-435b-8ee4-ffc01ad6e945?sharingWidget=true&panel=share and then clear your browser cache before checking back on your site.

We kindly invite you to read and follow the instructions written in our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/ & https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/ in order to speed up your website.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme Team.
