Hello, when I work with WordPress, I can’t add some things to the template I bought for my site, for example, the header or the ready- items I install, it doesn’t sit on the page at all. You can’t even use ready-made templates and change their header and footer or other parts

1/ To better understand the issue you are experiencing, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating your actions and the problem. Please upload this video to any file-sharing service and provide us with the link.

2/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings first.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

I think my problem is solved. Once again, I installed one of the demos on my site, which I can customize. I’m sorry I newly learned how to work with WordPress.
