When importing headers from xstudio (things goes missing)

Hi

So when i import headers from the xstudio the cart appearance changes (different from the demo)

Ive attached a video (in the video ive tried 2 times adding the same header and the styling changed in both times compared to
styling used in the prebuilt website)

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

Hello, Rose,

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide WP-Admin access as the site is not mine; I am working on it for someone else.

Is there an alternative way we can resolve the issue? Perhaps you can guide me through the necessary steps, or if there’s a specific configuration or setting I should check, please let me know.

When importiong the whole prebuilt website (meaning everythihng) the cart styling gets imported normally), but when trying to only import the header (from “Import Demos 130+” also) i get the same issue

Hello, QaQako,

We are confident that any issue can be resolved; however, it is challenging to do so with only a video from you and without access to the settings. You may consider creating a temporary account for us, which you can delete once the issue has been resolved.

Regarding the Cart in the header, this element has its own settings, and it is also affected by the site’s color scheme, specifically under Theme Options > Styling > Dark Mode. Please verify what you observe on the frontend when Dark Mode is activated or when you manually adjust the colors for the card element.
