I was a problem, When order has complete, why the consumer and seller didnot get email information. How to setting this? thanks you

Check how emails work when our email builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).
Also, check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
Let us know the results of the tests.
If the issue continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.
We recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to review the server mail log. Additionally, it would be prudent to contact WooCommerce plugin support concurrently for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
