when our customer tries to reset their account password, they didn’t get any email to reset their password

We kindly recommend that you first review the following article: https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/emails/ Please note that the email in question is generated by the WooCommerce plugin and is independent of the theme by default.
To further troubleshoot, we suggest testing how the email functions when the XStore theme is deactivated and the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, is activated (Appearance > Themes). If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
