When the customer places an order, he does not receive an order confirmation.
I tried to enable Email builder – it didn’t make any difference.
No any email sent to seller or buyer.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.
WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > New order > make sure that notification is enabled.
Check if you have this problem when a default theme (Storefront) is activated on your site, or with our theme only.
Contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the mail server error log.
