When the site loads on a mobile device search bar

When the site loads on a mobile device – search bar somehow moves to the middle blocking the screen. This happens very randomly but it happens a lot. tried different ways to approach it to find out what is causing and it’s like previously mentioned very random.

-tried with no cache, tried with cache cleared, tried with different browsers, tried with cloudflare turned off on the site with no cache, and then again with cloudflare on…… still keeps hapening!

Please advise what is causing this……. as it gets in the way of users trying to search and buy things on the website.

Here is another recording from a different device as the actual issue keeps hapening AFTER the css and javascript completely loads and is not deffered.
