We are trying to edit a menu called “New Menue V062024.” Whenever we try to save the menu, it redirects to a 404 page. However, the menu is saved. Can you please help us resolve this issue?

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.
We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again.
Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.
Let us know the results.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
Hello,
We appreciate your suggestions and have tried to implement them. Unfortunately, the latest change caused the page to redirect to a 404 error page. We investigated further and created a new menu, saving it each time we added an entry. The menu Saved fine until we added the 39th entry. As soon as we tried to add the 40th entry, the page began redirecting to the 404 error page.
Would you please take a look on the menu which we created Main Menu v1 0-24

Hello,
If you are experiencing difficulties saving certain menu options due to a large number of menu items, it may be necessary to increase the PHP Max Input Vars setting. We recommend reaching out to your hosting provider for assistance in adjusting this configuration.

Dear @slw250@hotmail.com,
We hope this message finds you well.
Could you kindly try disabling the Mod_Security feature temporarily, and then re-enable it once you have finished creating your menu items? This may help resolve the issue you’re encountering.
