Hello, we are very confused about this. I open the site via telegram, instagram for example, and see old data, no covers for categories, no icons for “To Cart” buttons, strange display of “Flowers” banner in products. We cleaned the cache through wp rocket, there is no caching on the server, through the browser everything opens correctly, why does this happen and how to fix it? Video attached

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Dear @Goostaf,

We hope this message finds you well.

Please be informed that the browser via the third-party applications may not fully support all scripts and styles, as seen in browsers like Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.

We have received similar inquiries from other clients in the past, and we recommend searching our forum for related discussions that may offer additional insights. Based on our experience, we believe this issue is unlikely to be related to the theme you are using, as it can also occur with the default theme. To help identify the root cause, we suggest testing your site with a default theme.

It is also important to consider that the issue may be related to the size of the content being loaded on the page. Additionally, as you are aware, each browser has its own unique characteristics and potential bugs that can affect how content is displayed.

To assist us in diagnosing the issue further, could you kindly provide answers to the following questions:
    1. Have you tested the site using a default theme, such as Hello Elementor or Storefront? If so, does the issue persist?
    2. Have you tested the website across different browsers? If so, is the issue consistent across all of them?

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team
