Where are these strings coming from??? filler for length

The untranslated string is not in the translations for the core plugin nor of the theme.
Also the other strings are not correct.
Codul zip (zip code) is not called as such so I am wondering where the translation is coming from, the word zip is not found in any of the two xstore translations either.
The marked strings are also reversed compared to what they should be.
Facturare adresa should be Adresa facturare (Billing address)
Same for Facturare telefon (Billing phone). It should be Telefon facturare, or maybe just Telefon (phone).

Forgot to mention that the phone number validation in that form is wrong and if possible I would like to configure it properly. Not sure where mobile phone numbers are 6 or 20 (!!) digits but in Europe they have 10 digits (excluding country prefixes).
