In order to solve your issue please go to Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Settings >> Woocommerce >> Single product builder >> Sale Label and there you can change/remove the Sale text. See the image for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/VrxxfmgG

I can see you are using the cache plugins as well on your site and also your server has the cache too, so please first flush your server cache completely and then turn it OFF for a while till you are in the development process and then remove your site cache and deactivate the cache plugins from your site and finally check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

Actually, the issue is, you have simple and variable products, on simple products, it is showing % only, and on variable products, it is showing Up to % because you have different variations for the variable products and also you have different amounts and percentages of those variations as well, so that is the reason it is showing Up to.
