Hi
The new (product)filter function – I didn’d find anytthing in the documentation. Where can I change settings which filter/attributes etc. will be shown?
Is there any detailed documentation?
Many thanks
Mike
Additonally How can I add/see the filter on the top? It doesn’t appear anything at all
Hello,
We don’t have a special post with a description of the filters widget area.
Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site to check why the filters button does not work for you? It should open the additional area that displays filter widgets that you add to the Appearance > Widgets > Shop filters sidebar.
Also, you can manage the number of columns and some other settings of the filters area in Theme Options > Shop page filters.
Regards

I did follow your steps. But when I want to publish it doesn’t appear on the “live” webshop at all:

Live: https://primedeco.de/glasuhren/
Do I have to activate something on XStore option settings?
Thanks

great many thanks!
I asked Elementor support why we do have this overlap:
https://paste.pics/bc1b7042d2647bc9f652ba66c6c2426a
As I thoight it has to do with the Z-Index, but change in Elementor doesn’t help at, I also didn’t find any setting to set this in the Thembuilder?
Many thanks
Mike
Hello,
Fixed. Clear cache and check now.

Thank you Rose – appreciated
We are trying to find out
1. Why it shows after searching only three products in a row instead of 4 (see screenshot)
2. How can we manage, that it will only search/filter the products of the specific product category?

Thanks
Hello,
1/ Shop page filter settings in Theme Options, do not work for that filter element.
It shows 3 products, because of “Produkte Pro Reihe” in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Produktkatalog
2/ Select category here – https://prnt.sc/VEBCGpiQwgTq

Thank you Rose
What I mean is, the filter appears already when customer is selecting on the top Menu navigation a category. So, Therefore the Filter should also only give output based on that category otherwise it is very confusing for customers.

How can we get there?
Thank you
Hello,
Sorry, but there is no ready solution for this.
Please submit your request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ If it takes votes from other customers then our developers will be able to add it to the queue.

Oh wow…. this is surprising as this is a default function of every filter plugin that we used till now 🙁
We already deleted our old plugin as we were sure this is a default/normal function……
Thanks anyway for your support…..
Hello,
You are welcome.
I think that our developers will be able to improve the option. So, just submit feature request.
