    Please let me know where you customize the favicon.

    Hello,

    You can replace the favicon with your image in wp-content/themes/blanco/images/favicon.ico.

    Do you have your own favicon?
    You should create it first.

    My site is hosted through GoDAddy managed wordpress, without access to FTP.

    You should have some control panel to be able to access your site files.

    Yes, I have done what you asked (replace favicon.ico with my own) via FTP, however your favicon is still appearing on my site: http://194.ffd.myftpupload.com/

    Does it take a while to take effect?
