Hello, @Charles,
1) Could you kindly provide the URL of the page where you wish to conceal certain elements such as SKU and categories? This will enable us to assist you more effectively.
For further guidance, please refer to our theme documentation on the Optimal Placement for Custom CSS Code at https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/additional-customisation/optimal-placement-for-custom-css-code/.
2) If you are utilizing the single product builder and wish to hide or remove specific items such as SKU and categories on the single product page for both mobile and desktop views, please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to XStore.
2. Select Theme Options.
3. Proceed to Woocommerce.
4. Choose Single Product Builder.
5. Click on Product Meta.
6. Go to Elements.
7. Disable SKU and Categories Elements.
8. Publish your changes.
Please refer to the attached image for a visual guide on how to execute these steps.

Trying to hide sku and catagories from all product pages and cart, checkout. the website is curvemybody.com. I have elements pro disabled. When Enabled it completely wipes out all previous work, template structure etc we did on bakery from the previous template the7. This was not a fresh install from wordpress either. We did not add new products with the page builder but rather migrated xstore onto existing woocommerce. I understand this can and does create a conflict and a mess of things. URL In the private area. Thanks for getting back
Hello, Charles,
Thank you for getting in touch with us.
We do not see SKU on the pages of your site. Have you removed them successfully?
Please describe what else from our theme side we can do to help you.
Provide temporary wp-admin access also.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team.
