where can i edit the top bar section? There is nothing in documentation.

Please provide us with the link to your site and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content. Also please clarify what exactly you want to edit.

This is widget area. Go to Appearance > Widgets > Place in header top bar and add any widget you want to display in header.
