Which files to add demo store via FTP - by Sharlene

I am unable to load demo store (default) via one click and need to do so via FTP.

My host is assisting but they have said they are unclear which files to upload as they cannot find any the required. Please see their message

There are no XML files in the package – in fact, there is documentation in the package saying that they did not include them because of their size. Please ask their support for a list of files that we need to download in order to install this for you (nothing on their Download list includes the word “demo”). I don’t see those demo files anywhere.

I did download and provide them the “default” folder from downloads, but as of today they are saying they still cannot find the files. I also gave them the full Q&A about what to do.

Can you please let me know the name or names of the folders I should be downloading or simply provide the link or links to the exact file or files I am suppose to download so I can have the default demo store set up on my website please?

I chose this theme primarily for the demo store to have it up quickly, and 3 days later, no store. Would appreciate assistance.

Hello,

1) What issue did you face while trying to import demo content using a one-click installation?
2) Could you provide us with WP Dashboard access, please? We’ll check the problem with the demo content installation. Tell me do you want to use Elementor or WPBakery as the main page builder?
3) You can’t import demo content via FTP. It does not work this way. Demo content could be imported only using WP Import tool. Provide us with WP Dashboard access first to check the 1) issue before we provide XML files to you.

Max execution time: min (120-180) 90

They only allow 90

thank you! I think I did try installing and wasn’t allowed (could be wrong). Thank you, it looks great. Much appreciated. Now to editing and customizing. If any issues, now I know I have support. thanks.
