While clicking on Add to cart button its showing the loader and its not adding to cart

Whenever I click the ‘Add to Cart’ button, the loader appears, but the item isn’t being added to the cart. Could you please help resolve this issue?

So i temporarily disabbled AJAX .
and also single product gallery slider isn’t working.

2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

In the attached video, two issues are evident:

When the “Add to Cart” button is clicked, the loading indicator continues to spin for over 30 seconds, but the product is not added to the cart.

When clicking on images within the product gallery slider, the main image does not update accordingly.

We turned off AJax add to cart option in customizer as a temporary fix but kindly help us fix it wile the Ajax add to cart option is enabled.

Tried disabling all the plugins in stagging as suggested above but the problems still exist.

From this i can conclude that the issue is from the theme. I believe there is a customizer setting i am not aware of that is creating these issues. kindly check and revert soon.

Elementor is causing significant performance issues on our website, including unnecessary errors that occur consistently. We’ve successfully used a default builder with xstore theme on another client’s (aryacollections.com) website without encountering these problems. We believe the issue is not related to the use of page builders themselves. Please re-evaluate the situation and provide a solution.
