    dear sir

    good day to you!

    incognito mode
after deleting the cache, it got logged in backend and site and store pages are ok….after 2 to 3 mintues the site breaks and gives error page not found with 404. and again clear the cache and logged in via incognito works for 2-3 minutes.

even server cache is removed, and wprocket is disabled.

please help us to overcome on this.

    thank you

    Hello khurram virk,

Thank you for reaching out and providing a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter such disruptions, especially after taking steps like clearing the cache and using incognito mode.

Based on your description, it seems that the problem persists even after disabling WP Rocket and clearing server cache, which suggests that there might be other underlying issues affecting the stability of your site. To assist you effectively, we would like to gather a bit more information:

    1. Could you please confirm if any recent changes were made to your website or server settings before this issue started occurring?
    2. Are there any specific pages or URLs that consistently show the 404 error after a few minutes?
    3. Could you provide us with any error logs that might have been generated when the site breaks?

In the meantime, we recommend checking the .htaccess file for any incorrect settings or rules that might be contributing to the issue. Additionally, ensuring that all plugins and themes are up to date can also help in resolving unexpected errors.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Dear Khurram Virk,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Upon reviewing the link you provided, we have determined that the issue originates from WordPress and your server, rather than our XStore theme or the XStore Core plugin.

To address the concern, we recommend utilizing the WP Force SSL plugin, which can help you enforce HTTPS for all media files. You can download and install the plugin from the following link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-force-ssl/

We hope this solution proves helpful. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,

    Dear Khurram Virk,

We hope this message finds you well. To assist you in managing the 404 links on your website, we recommend utilizing the EPS 301 Redirects plugin. You can download and install it from the following link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/eps-301-redirects/

Additionally, for enhanced security measures, we suggest installing the Wordfence Security plugin. This tool will help you scan and protect your website effectively. Please find the plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordfence/

    Dear Khurram Virk,

We hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed the issues you are experiencing and have outlined the necessary steps to address them:

    1. **Server-Side Errors**: The 404 errors you mentioned are typically related to server-side issues. We recommend contacting your hosting provider to investigate and resolve these errors.

    2. **Troubleshooting Steps**:
    – We advise disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with the XStore theme. You can view a list of the included plugins here: [Included Plugins](https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins). After deactivating these plugins, please clear your browser’s cache and verify if the issue still persists. This is an important step as third-party plugins can often lead to conflicts.
    – If the problem continues, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated and grant us permission to debug your site. This includes deactivating any on-site customizations. This measure will enable us to conduct a thorough investigation and provide you with the necessary assistance.

Before proceeding with the troubleshooting or any updates, we strongly recommend taking a complete backup of your site to safeguard against any potential data loss.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. We are committed to assisting you promptly and hope to resolve these issues efficiently.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
