1. when customers click checkout its not letting them see the page to enter there information.
2. after doing an update it takes you to a blank white screen, if you go back and refresh that said page the update/activated plugins did get activated. page just didnt redirect you to new page

Thanks for fixing that issue now, the image that i have in my breadcrumbs doesnt show. the image is PNG with white writing and i wanted the background of the bread crumb to be black showing the word “UNRULY

If you want black background for breadcrumbs you need create the appropriate image with black background and light word “UNRULY” on it.

But why do i have to make changes to my image when the website use to work just the way i explained it to u, until this update was done everything stopped working the way they use to.
We are stilling not able to check out on the website, and we cant login in to wp-admin, its getting really annoying now that its been a week and we are still at the same issue. and even if it worked for 2hrs why does the issue keeps coming back

Background color for breadcrumbs can be set only if use only color, not image. If background image is uploaded then background color can’t be set, because your image has background color already.
Concerning the login panel. Some plugin is causing the issue. You can rename plugins folder via FTP and check it.

once i activate all i can login and i only activated the plugins that came with the theme and still same issue, please stop telling me what to try and please look at the issue its your plugins that came with the theme is the issue

So please disable all 3rd-party plugins and check login page then.

i disabled all plugins before and i told you, i only activated the plugins that came with the theme and still having the issues

Also When you hover on the cart in the header the drop down box is blank even tho i have 3 items in the cart. each time that happens the checkout doesnt work

We’ve released new theme version 2.6 which is compatible with Woocommerce 2.5 version.
Please update the theme.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
