    Hello QaQako,

Thank you for contacting us regarding your interest in the White Label Branding plugin. We are pleased to assist you with your query.

In response to your question, we would like to confirm that the effects of the White Label Branding plugin are indeed reversible. To revert any changes made by the plugin, you will need to manually adjust the settings back to their original state. Please note that simply disabling the plugin will not remove the changes. We recommend keeping track of the settings you modify while using the plugin to ensure they can be accurately restored if needed. Also, a reset can be used – https://prnt.sc/2jTkXihamxZY

    Hello Rose,
I have a few questions concerning the “White Label Branding” feature:

1- Plugin Reinstallation: If I delete the plugin after saving changes, can I reinstall it and use the reset button to start over from the beginning?

2- Plugin Access After Removal: If I remove the “Plugin Installer” tab from the theme dashboard and then delete your plugin, will customers still have access to the plugins that come bundled with the XStore plugin but are not currently used on their website? Or will they only have access to the plugins already in use on their site?

3- Sales Booster Elements in Elementor: Regarding the “Sales Booster” feature, if I delete your plugin, will the Sales Booster elements disappear from Elementor when editing? Will only the elements that are already used on the customer’s website remain available?

4- Access to Theme Updates: After deleting your plugin, will customers continue to have access to theme updates?

5- Multiple Customer Usage: Is it possible to use your plugin for multiple customers after deleting it from a previous installation?

Thank you for your assistance with these questions. I look forward to your prompt response.

    Hello @QaQako

    1/ Yes
2/ You can configure the White label settings and test it by yourself. The official Plugins page from WP will be still available even if you set to hide ‘plugins’ in White label settings. Note: it will hide the ‘Plugins’ page from the XStore control panel but not the origin WP plugins page.
3/ No, the Sales booster Elementor widgets will be still available to be added/removed. Anyway you can test it by yourself to be sure of the results after plugin settings configuration.
4/ If you activate the option to hide update notices then the customer will not see the alerts about ‘New theme version available’.
5/ Sorry, but this question is not quite clear for us to understand. You can configure the plugin for the whole web-site and it is not configured for the specific client only.

Also, you can simply make own test after the settings configuration to understand if the results are the same as you requested.

    Kind regards, Jack Richardson

    Dear @QaQako,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to provide you with some updates and clarifications regarding the management of the XStore name and the use of plugins within the XStore theme.

    4. The name “XStore” will remain unchanged in certain areas of the interface. However, you have the option to restrict access to these pages for specific user roles, ensuring that the name is not accessed inadvertently.

    5. You are free to install and delete plugins as often as necessary. For your convenience, we offer Import/Export options for settings, which can be found here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/docs/white-label-branding-plugin/. Please note that this plugin is specifically designed for use with the XStore theme and will not function with other themes.

    6. Should you wish to deactivate the XStore Studio feature, you can do so via the Theme Options. For a direct link to this setting, please visit: https://prnt.sc/j6kJI5Ax1qOA.

Regarding your query about the persistence of settings after the deletion of the plugin: **All settings configured via the White Label Branding plugin will remain effective even after the plugin is deleted.** This is a key feature designed to maintain configurations without the need for the plugin to be active.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
