White leveling in xstore theme and removing plugin

Hi dear, after complete all the optimization if i do white leveling so i see some of the option not visible. so if i use white level plugin than after delete if i need previous option so how can i get it if my client want to some changes. I mean after Hanover project to the client, if she or he want to work with me how can i get access those option i already restricted by plugin.

It means that after deleting the plugin from client site if I need to change I can change through white leveling plugin by install it.
