WHITE PAGE AFTER INSTALLATION - by Discord

Hi,

After the first installation of WordPress 4.5.3 with the last XStore template, when i activate the followings plugins, it will be appearate a white page. I can’t find the tools of template, i can’t go to the “8THEME OPTIONS” button. I already change the php information like :

“php_value upload_max_filesize 35M
php_value memory_limit 64M
php_value post_max_size 64M
php_value max_execution_time 180
php_value max_input_time 300”

What can i do for resolve the problem ?

Hello,

Very likely you get some error message. We need to enable wp debug and check. Please, provide admin panel and FTP access, we’ll check.

Hello I have exactly the same problem when I installed the plugins (I believe it is a problem with the 8Theme Options plugin), I cannot get into my Wp- admin or anything as well 🙁

Please help me to resolve the problem,

If you don’t have this information contact with your hosting provider to get FTP access. Once we’ll get this info we’ll help you to solve the problem.

Hello,

Check the destination folder of FTP you created. At present, we can see only empty folder http://prntscr.com/c6w2gb

We need access to you WP root directory.

Thank you, FTP is ok. Now could you specify the site where we’ll be able to see the problem and correct admin panel access. Because I don’t see white screen on your discord site.

Hello,

Sorry, I found the site with problem. I have deactivated all the third-party plugins except plugins that came bundled with our theme and white screen disappear.

You may enable them one by one to find out which one caused problem and contact with plugin author.

Hey Olga,

I believe you fixed it! It shows up on my screen as well, both the apprenticegames.co.uk and apprenticegames.co.uk/wp-admin .

Thank you so much for your support, as I said, I am not very familiar with all of this and I appreciate your help. In case there is something missing or anything, I’ll contact you again if I can’t do it myself or the answer isn’t in a forum, but everything seems good.
