I use XStore theme for a client and I have the follow questions
01. Some times I have white page on mobile!
I have select now the main theme and not the child for a test.
02. I have problem with site speed,
I use wp-optimize. Can I use and W3 Total Cache? Is invalid with wp-optimize?
I use 34 plugins
03. About “WPBakery Page Builder (Visual Composer) Clipboard” , can I disable this plugin? I need it?

1) Describe the problem and conditions in more detail, please.
2) Please read this article https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
3) Here is a list of required plugins – http://prntscr.com/tgbuva Other plugins can be enabled/disabled on the site depends on your need. I am not sure why the Clipboard plugin was installed on your site, but if you do not use it, just disable the plugin via Dashboard > Plugins.

We can see only 1 picture, only one product.
Menu not working
If seletct the picture-product everything working.
If select the logo on the top for frontpage, we return to the only one product

1) Can’t check the image because of the permissions but if we check your site using mobile device I don’t see any issues.

You can not see any issues because every time need to clean the cache , to resolve this problem. 🙂 I just change the image permission

Maybe one of the cache plugins caused some js error. Try to disable them one by one and check which one causes the problem.

Still having the same issue both on mobile & Desktop. I think its more rare than before but it still exists & its very important for us to solve it as it’s a long time that we are not able to spot the cause.
Maybe if we asked you to have a look for something that we miss on settings or theme’s requirements in general ?
Could you do that please ?
Excuse us for such a request but i think we’re kinda stucked for good with this one……:(
Ps. We are not able to leave it stucked and open a ticket here so you can review the issue real time cause we are through a sale period here and the customer would not allow it regarding the tough times we all go through lately.

We suppose that the described issue is related to js errors. But when I visit your site (Desktop or mobile) everything works ok. So, could you, please, contact us once the problem happens again and don’t clean the cache to allow us to see the issue? Also, once this happens check the server error log and provide it in your private content area.
Then we’ll be able to check the issue and try to help you.
