White Screen After Installation of Theme

Hello,

I have all the necessary implementations in order to install the theme (Woocommerce, Storefront, Proper Memory Parameters). Yet no matter how many different ways I try to install and activate the theme all I recieve is a white screen which crashes the entire site. The only way to restore the site is that the WooPress theme must be removed from the Plugins directory via file manager. I would like some support on this topic as I have not found anything outlining this in the forums.

Hi,

You mean Theme’s directory or plugin directory?

If white screen of death comes to WordPress, please use WP_DEBUG https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG enable that in wp-config.php and it will show exactly what cause the fatal error.

If that didn’t help, please pass us the FTP and WordPress login, so that we can able to figure out what cause this.

Hello,

Yes sorry I meant the Themes directory. Did I need to install that plugin then check after the white screen or before the white screen? I’m assuming I’ll recieve some type of error log in my wp-config file?

Hi,

Try enable the WP_DEBUG and pass us what error, or pass us the WP and FTP login details in the “Private Content”, so that we can install the theme for you.
