White screen of death - by neil - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi there

All of a sudden, the white screen of death has appeared, I deleted the previous theme version and uploaded the latest version through ftp to see if it solved it but it has not solved it.

I ran a debug and you can see where the error is, any idea how to fix? http://www.thefalconathatton.com/

No such file or directory

in the above warning

indicates that the file/ directory structure is changed or missing. I’m sure that 8theme will advise, but in the meantime make certain you have uploaded the theme folder and files exactly as required.

Hi,

@midlandsonline I think that u’ve edited your Config.php with Notepad… #EpicFail with php files! Things to never do.

Open it with Dreamwaver (for example) and > Save As > and uncheck “Include uniode signature (BOM) option > Save and upload it again in your FTP.

Here is the correct path to the files. I have just checked the settings and they work fine for FTP access

Hello,

Not all files were uploaded. I’ve reuploaded the theme folder and now there is an error “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION” that means you’re using low php version. Please ask your host to increase it at least to 5.3 version.
