Hi, the site works perfectly with the latest version of xstore, wordpress and woocommerce.

However, I have two problems :

    1) the patcher does not apply the paths, that is, it tells me that they have been made but later it proposes them again.

    2) when I update Elementor or Elementor Pro the frontend gives me error 500 but the frontend works.

At the moment the situation is exactly this if you try.

The server does not give me any error_log.

I attach all the credentials can you fix these problems?

    Thanks, I await urgently.

I increased the memory in php to 256M and now the frontend works. Now I’ll check if it applies the patches and then I’ll write to you in this ticket.

    Thanks

    Dear @gabrielet,

We hope this message finds you well.

Regarding the recurring patch notifications, it seems that there is an automatic clearing of the WP transient ‘transient_update_themes’ in your system, where data about our activated patches is stored. Please rest assured that even if the transient cache is cleared, the patches you have applied remain effective. The notifications you see are due to the removal of data indicating which patches have been activated, and can be safely disregarded if the patches have already been applied.

We recommend reviewing the following article which provides a detailed explanation and potential solutions: https://www.8theme.com/topic/patcher-shows-updates-available-even-after-i-applied-them-a-hour-ago/#post-363427.

Thank you for your attention to these matters. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,

    Hello @gabrielet

Please, check the latest answer on that topic -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/patcher-shows-updates-available-even-after-i-applied-them-a-hour-ago/#post-363427. There is described a solution that should be useful for you, by adding the next code to your child-theme/functions.php:

    add_filter('xstore_patches_done_reset_on_update_themes', '__return_false');

Note: there is no need in downloading files because such code is already built-in in the update that was already released.

    Kind regards,
    Jack Richardson
