Why After Add Purchase Code, My Theme Not Actived, Import Demo Not Shown?

I have recently bought theme Xstore, when I added purchase code, i have notice like this “Can not connect to 8theme API to get versions list” in Import Demo

How to fix it?

Please provide FTP access, so we can check the situation more deeply.
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

We don’t need cPanel, only FTP host, FTP username and FTP pass.

There is the next error – cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5001 milliseconds , it causes the problem with import. The problem can also be caused by a white or black list, vpn or proxy on the server.
