I bought the theme, moreover, I paid extra for 6 months of support. The question asked 5 minutes ago was answered, the question I asked 12 hours ago was not answered. Could someone please contact me and tell me what the problem is? I paid money for this theme and it was written that there would be 24/7 support. I want explanation. PLEASE!

Sorry for the delay in answering.

Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But is usually faster than that.

Don’t create multiple topics for the same issue because it just scales the number of requests but does not speed up the process.
