Why did my woozone product key stop working???

We would like to inquire about the error you are experiencing while using the WooZone product key. Could you please provide us with the error or a screenshot of the error for further investigation?

When trying update my plugin i get this message; Update failed: Invalid product license key!
Where do i put the new key?

Please download the latest version of the plugin (14.0.0v) from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose plugin > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded” and the plugin will be updated on your site.

Please provide temporary wp-admin, and FTP access via the Private Content area so that we will check and install the latest version of the Woozone plugin on your site.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

I know how to install and setup plugins.. When i first setup woozon 8theme provided a key but it stopped working… I just can’t find where to put the new key in so the plugin works

14.0.0 version is the latest one for the WooZone plugin, right now – https://www.8theme.com/downloads
2/ What do you mean by ” but it stopped working…”??
3/ ” I just can’t find where to put the new key in so the plugin works” – if you already activated the plugin using code, there is no need to enter the key.
There is no “new” kay, the key was always the same.
Please let us know what you mean by “stop working”?

We have purchased an Extended License for each of these plugins. The key we provide for our customers doesn’t offer automatic updates, unfortunately. Updates can be done as described in our documentation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
