Why does gt metrix says i need to optimize images even when they are already opt

Hey
See this home page https://dailygo.co.in . The 9 images below shop by category text are 112*112 as specified by gt metric bu they look very blurred. I tried 245*245 dimensions as specified by one of the executives of your team bu then get metric says that you need to scale images. What would be the correct dimension for these images so that they look clear and the page speed is also maintained?

You can use Photoshop to edit image, then upload to your site
