Hi

I tried to search forum and found this topic:

This topic is from April (theme version 6.3.1) and you have mentioned that the issue will be fixed in next update. I’m using latest version 7.2.1 but still facing exactly the same issue.
The grid I made is not showing on the shop page and also the grid builder is not showing preview.

Hi,

Provide URL of your site, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access, so we can check why your custom grid can’t be shown on the shop.
The preview can’t work for the builder, and it can’t be changed.

Hi

Here are the details.

Please note that this is admin access of staging site which is on same multisite network (same child theme). But if you find the fix, please let me know so I can use it on main website.

for this information.

Hello,

Try to create one more custom grid and switch to that one and then switch back to the first one. Check if you get the custom grid on the frontend after that.
