Why I cant see pre-build template in Website Builders & XStore Widgets

In the Website Builders & XStore Widgets area, it says to have a pre-build template, but I can’t see anything. Why is that?

1/ We kindly request that you provide us with a screenshot or video that clearly illustrates the issue you are encountering. This will greatly assist us in understanding the problem more effectively.

Please upload the file to a file-sharing service, such as WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com/), and share the download link with us.

2/ Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
