Why images which are uploaded on media library are deleted

Hi Team,

Why my post images are getting deleted frequently, kindly fix it

Hello,

1) Our theme could not remove images from your Media library. We could provide you support for issues related strictly to our theme.

2) We don’t have access to your Dashboard to even check the problem. Credentials you provided in the first topic do not work.

3) Are the images missing on the frontend only or you also don’t see them in the Media?
