    Please provide URL of the page from your video, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access, we need to check the situation on your site more deeply.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hi yes I’ve seen that. Thank you.

    But I can’t seem to find my slides when I search on a browser but I can see them on Elementor on my backup on WP.

    Please assist why this could be?

    However I still find that my 3rd slider is still not showing up properly, it stopped jumping but it’s not staying up when I click on it.

    Please advise.

    It has come to our attention that the ‘Infinite Loop’ option has been reactivated by you, which has led to the recurrence of the issue, visible here: https://gyazo.com/a4866c5199f98c1652d156402a2e6d3d. We kindly request that you keep this option disabled while we work on a permanent solution. We have noted the need for a global fix and will address this as soon as possible.
