Why is my website not full screen, only my backgrou is full, how to solve it I don’t know

5. Click “Update” to save the changes.

I’ve done that but nothing has changed

To facilitate further assistance, could you please provide us with valid login credentials? You can update the details in the private content area, allowing us to proceed with the necessary checks and support.
Please follow these steps to create a new administrator account:
1. Navigate to the Dashboard, select Users > Add New, and assign the administrator role. For guidance, refer to this image: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m.
2. Provide the username and password for the newly created account in the Private Content area. For guidance, refer to this image: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7.
3. You may use any email address for the new account; it does not need to be your personal email.
